This lakehouse on the banks of Atwood was given a new life with a 900 sqft addition. The addition features a master bedroom and bathroom, office, and laundry room. The glass sliding doors in the master bedroom allow for a complete view of the lake.
Wendy's
After a car accidentally ran into the drive through at this Wendy’s in Dover, we were called in repair the damage. Although the original brick is no longer manufactured we were able to find a close match to restore the building. All work was done between 10pm and 6am to avoid shutting down the drive thru.
Hoy
In the midst of a pandemic, one Bolivar family realized they were out-growing thier home. We were able to help by expanding their garage and dditing an addition above. The addition includes 1.5 baths, an office, bedroom, & large common area.
